The Participants of the 9th meeting of UN Committee of Experts on Business and Trade Statistics visited the Ethiopian Conformity Assessment Enterprise’s (ECAE) testing laboratories.
ECAE Director General, Engineer Meaza Abera, welcomed the delegation and briefed them on the enterprise’s services and lead them to a tour of ECAE’s nine specialized testing laboratories. In addition to touring the ECAE’s nine specialized testing laboratories, the participants visited all the Ethiopian national quality infrastructure (ENQI) institutions located within the quality village. ECAE Director General, Engineer Meaza Abera, led the international experts through the complex and briefed the delegation on how these interconnected institutions collaborate to provide unified conformity, metrology, standardization and accreditation services.
