Addis Ababa Science and Technology University Receives ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate.

Addis Ababa Science and Technology University has achieved a significant milestone by being certified to ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification. This certification underscores the university’s commitment to excellence in research, teaching, learning, and community service, which it has pursued since its establishment.
AASTU has been working diligently to integrate quality management systems into its institutional culture. As a result of these efforts, the university successfully met the international standards required for the ISO 9001:2015 certification. The certification process was conducted by the Ethiopian Conformity Assessment Enterprise, which reviewed and audited the university’s quality management practices. Mr. Amsalu Enyew, the director of certification of the Ethiopian Conformity Assessment Enterprise, handed over the certificate to the president of the university, Dr. Dereje Engida.
