Ethiopian Conformity Assessment Enterprise offered 22,349 products quality testing laboratory, export and import products inspection, and certification services in the 2015E.C fiscal year. In addition, ECAE offered quality inspection services through the port of Djibouti for 26 ships (1,400,743.74m/ton) of soil fertilizer, various other bulk products and 35.99 million liters of edible oil. By offering conformity assessment services for products and services, ECAE is carrying out its mission to safeguard consumer health and environmental safety while facilitating fair trade competition and an overall competitive economy.
