Ethiopian Conformity Assessment Enterprise (ECAE) offered 8,801 services in product quality testing laboratories, export and import products inspection, and certification during the first six months of the 2015E.C fiscal year. Additionally, ECAE inspected 13 ships (702,455.55 M/Ton) wheat, fertilizer and 20.5 Million liters of edible oil through the port of Djibouti.
It is fulfilling its responsibility to protect the health of consumers and the safety of the environment by facilitating fair trade competition and building a competitive economy by assuring products and services quality.
