Ethiopian Conformity Assessment Enterprise (ECAE) is providing training for leather and textile testing experts.

ECAE is offering capacity building training for leather and textile testing professionals on 5 test parameters in partnership with the Korean Testing Laboratory and Research Institute (FITI Testing & Research Institute)

The capacity building training will enable ECAE  to offer services in the field of leather and textile testing in a way that retains its international acceptance and recognition. The training consists of practical on job training, knowledge exchange, and technical assistance, the development of test procedures, facilitation of conditions for experts to participate in proficiency testing comparisons abroad, and technical assistance to broaden the scope of certification in the leather and textile industries.
