The Ethiopian Conformity Assessment Enterprise held an induction program for newly hired staff on June 30, 2014E.C. The induction seeks to raise awareness among the new employees by giving them relevant information about ECAE’s operating systems, the enterprise’s culture, values, and other crucial information, and make them feel like a part of the enterprise. It also seeks to introduce new hires to existing staff members; enabling new employees to feel supported while they adjust.
They received a presentation and an explanation of the ECAE corporate profile, business policies, operational procedures, human resource policies, and employee rights and responsibilities throughout the induction session. The appropriate officials responded to questions raised from the recently hired employees for clarification. Following the presentation, the newly hired staff members visited the enterprise’s nine testing laboratories and several other departments. They also thanked the enterprise for its hospitality and the induction program.
